    These folks make a #30 size tool holder that fits EMCO, I'd guess it'd be a good start

    I Have About 50 Nmtb 30 Toolholders That I Would Like To Sell.
    Nmtb Is The Same As Standard Number 30 Taper.

    I've gone over the dimensions and I want taper 20.
    25 is a little too big.
