I purchased a older Next Wave Shark on eBay for my hobby wood crafts business and it worked great until the X-axis stopped functioningafter about 2 months. Y & Z Axis's worked fine. I double checked the motor tuning on Mach3, and the voltage from the power supply then I switched the Z to X wiring then the X Axis worked and Z did not.

I purchased a TB6560 Controller from China and nothing would work on it after numerous communications with China they decided it TB6560 was defective and exchanged it. New one didn't work either.

When I JOG the axis's with the keyboard the Axis LED's light up very dim on the controller, also the cooling fan on neither of these controllers worked. It is almost like there is no power to the controller, but my power supply is feeding 24V to the controller.

I(f someone could PLEASE make a recommendation or suggest a more suitable controller I would be greatly apprecative.
