With the new Hi-TECH 750, we expand our "Hi-TECH" lathe series with another heavyweight for large-part machining. The heavy Mehanite cast bed (20–28 t), the two-row BMT-85 turret, and the wide, precisely machined box guideways are the key elements for an accurate and powerful heavy-duty cutting machine. The use of high-quality components from renowned manufacturers, combined with a high proportion of in-house production of mechanical assemblies – Made in Korea – forms the basis of our high quality and precision.

The spindle headstock of the new Hi-TECH 750 has been further optimised, now featuring larger bearings, thicker walls, and in-depth FEM analysis. The direct drive (without transmission belt) ensures maximum smoothness and power transmission to the workpiece.

Optimised for performance and thermal stability

For optimal torque distribution across the speed range, the spindle headstock is equipped with a two-step gear system. Starting from the generously dimensioned spindle bearings, actively tempered spindle oil (Hi-YUN) flows into the headstock. This ensures reliable lubrication with minimal heat growth, even during continuous operation.
