Mabanol Cut 264 BF is a water-emulsifiable metalworking fluid concentrate for grinding and general machining such as turning, milling, drilling and sawing of cast iron, steel, high-alloy steels and aluminum.

Thanks to its special, high-quality DCHA emulsifier system, modern technology and excellent lubricating components, the coolant can be used for a wide range of applications. The resistance of this technology to bacterial growth enables longer emulsion service lives without additional adjusting agents. Furthermore, Mabanol Cut 264 BF is hard water stable in use up to 100° dH, so that a permanently good rinsing behavior is offered and lime soap formation can be demonstrably prevented. The very good rinsing behavior also leads to drier chips and thus reduces the amount of replenishment. At low water hardnesses, Mabanol Cut 264 BF remains resistant to foaming.

Mabanol Cut 264 BF is ideally suited for grade minimization. Thanks to its high lubricating performance, the product can also be used for deep-hole drilling and slot milling. In addition, the polar lubricating components and the pH value adjustment in use are optimized for aluminium machining.
