About Ifanger
Double know-how
We develop, manufacture and sell cutting tools worldwide under the brand names Ifanger, Randag and MicroTurn. In addition, we distribute drill chucks, clamping devices and tools made of high-speed steel (HSS) and carbide (HM) for metal and plastics machining on behalf of our customers.
Markets
Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are our main markets, where we are active with our entire sales program. In many EU countries our manufacturing program is distributed through a dealer network, which is still being expanded in the surrounding countries. In addition, our products are offered by distributors all over the world.
Customer service
We have a well-established sales organization with sales representatives and resellers for Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The clientele is informed by means of appropriate sales documents, which are distributed periodically, and supplied directly or via dealers. Abroad, our manufacturing program is distributed almost exclusively through tool dealers.
Quality / ISO 9001:2015
Since 1998 process-oriented quality management, since 2001 with SQS certificate ISO 9001 (currently ISO 9001:2015) for the whole company. This provides an optimum basis for meeting the wide-ranging needs, the relevant expectations and the high demands of customers in terms of quality.
