Our ball screw nuts are high-quality, precise and wear-resistant (hardened and ground). Together with the ball screw spindles, they convert rotary motion into linear motion with extremely low friction.
The ball screw nut is inserted into the respective clamping block and positioned and fastened with a stud bolt. The ball screw nuts have several ball circuits with internal ball return. A set screw on the clamping block allows the run of the KG spindle to be adjusted without play.
The repeat accuracy is less than 0.01 mm over a length of 300 mm. A grease nipple is fitted to the clamping block to lubricate the linear drive. The KG spindles are manufactured on modern machines in a rolled design, then hardened and polished.
Our linear drive elements are technically mature and have proven themselves in practice for more than 20 years.
