a) customer service: not only intended as maintenance and prompt direct assistance to the customer but with our own internal heat treatment test system which allows us to best support our customers by offering them heating and hardening tests with the supply of inductors, showers and piece equipment already tested, together with the work program/cycle.
b) heating/cooling software simulations which allow us to preview the feasibility of an induction heat treatment on a new piece geometry
c) the supply of high-performance magnetic flux concentrators, in partnership with our sister company MAG-SHAPE
