Transport trolleys
The transport trolleys of JUNG consist of steering and running gear. The trolleys are designed for loads from 3 t to 200 t. Different versions are available. From the K-Series – our smallest transport trolleys – to the H-Series – our very large transport trolleys. The transport trolleys are available in different installation heights. They are easy to handle and robust to use. All transport trolleys are delivered ready-assembled and ready for immediate use. The steering units are supplied with ball-bearing rotary plate and drawbar. The chassis consist of two cassettes with connecting bars.

Revolving transport trolleys
The revolving or rotary transport trolleys can be rotated through 360° by means of swivel castors with ball bearings, so that you have the possibility of aligning your load precisely even in very tight spaces. Due to the small width of the swivel castors, the steering and turning resistance is reduced to a minimum, thus enables easy operation. The trolleys are designed for loads from 1. 5 t up to 14 t. The units are available in different installation heights and are compatible with the normal transport trolleys of the K and G series. The revolving trolleys are easy to handle and robust in their application. All trolleys are delivered fully assembled and ready for immediate use. Pulling handles and connecting bars are available as accessories.

Multi purpose trolleys
JUNG multi-purpose trolleys are a combination of a rotary trolley and a rigid trolley, combined in one cassette. The multi-purpose trolleys can be used as a steering gear, trolley or tandem trolley. The swiveling castors reduce the steering effort from standing by up to 80%. This enables ergonomic and energy-saving operation. The trolleys are particularly maneuverable thanks to a ball-bearing turntable with a non-slip surface, so a load can also be shifted at 90 ° to the travel path. The set comes with 3 cassettes, 2 pulling handles and a connecting rod. The 2nd pulling handle is used to steer at the rear, so a very tight curve can be driven.

Tandem transport trolleys
If there is no central support point for the load, you can create a 4-point support with a tandem trolley. The special feature: without additional accessories, our tandem trolleys can also be used individually with half of the load. The tandem trolleys consist of two steering units each with a connecting rod and two towing bars. The divided rollers make steering movements much easier and the frictional forces when cornering are drastically reduced.

Tandem trolleys for containers
Moving containers with a total load of up to 30 tons - JUNG offers special trolleys with Weld-on Cone or Twistlock attachments. In the case of the trolleys for container transport, a form fit and force fit (twist lock) or a form fit (weld-on cone) were attached to the tandem designs. These fit perfectly into the corners of all ISO sea containers. Because of this the load is securely attached to the trolleys. The tandem trolleys each consist of 2 steering units with an extended connecting rod and a drawbar with an eyelet. The chassis consists of 2 cassettes with an extended connecting rod.
