Operating with bar or profile materials ranging from 1 to 12 meters in length, this model offers unparalleled advantages, especially for significantly faster and multi-axis processing of parts typically machined on Swiss-type lathes, 6-spindle lathes, or bar-fed lathes. Our CNC Transfer models in this series can achieve a 3 to 15 times higher capacity compared to standard machines, directly proportional to the complexity of your part's process, and specifically tighter machining tolerances than 6-spindle and multi-axis lathes.

This machine stands out for its ability to process different types and diameters of bar materials on a single machine and easily switch between parts thanks to its magazine-fed servo bar feeder.

This model can be manufactured with a wide range of configurations, from a 2-station drum with 3 units and 5 axes (vertical or horizontal) up to an 18-station drum with 40 units and 128 axes, depending on the body structure. It can handle almost any type of raw material (brass, steel, aluminum, etc.) in bar form, and for drawn profiles of circular, oval, square, hexagonal, octagonal, decagonal, dodecagonal, and special shapes, its compatible structure from 1 meter to 6 meters in length can meet all kinds of needs. For this model, the ECO, PRO, and MICRON Unit Families can be utilized in line with the requirements of the chip removal processes. Furthermore, thanks to the special bar feeder developed entirely by KESTECH, the tail remnant has been reduced to just 2 centimeters. This allows us to maximize raw material savings compared to equivalent machines.
