Kexian solid carbide drill bits are engineered for precision and durability in demanding industrial applications. Crafted from premium-grade micrograin carbide substrates (0.4-0.6μm), these drills offer exceptional wear resistance and fracture toughness. Our proprietary AlTiN/TiAlN nano-multilayer coating (3-5μm thickness) enhances high-temperature stability, reducing friction and extending tool life by 3-5 times compared to conventional HSS drills.
The drills feature:
Four-Plane Point Geometry for self-centering capability, minimizing deflection and improving hole position accuracy (≤±0.02mm).
Parabolic Flute Design with variable helix angles (30°-40°) optimized for efficient chip evacuation, even in deep-hole applications up to 5xD.
Edge Honing Technology that strengthens cutting edges while maintaining sharpness, ensuring consistent hole quality (IT8-IT9 tolerance) and surface finish (Ra0.8-1.6μm).
