Kexian Diamond Coating Milling Cutter · Graphite Cutter Series

Product Features:

Kexian diamond-coated milling cutters adopt CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) technology to deposit high-purity diamond coatings (8-12μm). The substrate is made of 0.5μm cobalt-containing tungsten steel, processed by cobalt removal purification and gradient coating technology, combining ultra-high hardness and strong adhesion. The service life is 10-20 times longer than traditional tools. The cutting edge is specially optimized: the unequal pitch helical groove effectively suppresses vibration, and the large helix angle improves chip removal efficiency. It is suitable for high-efficiency machining of non-ferrous hard and brittle materials such as graphite molds, electrodes, carbon fibers, and high-silicon aluminum. The cutting speed is increased by 2-3 times, the surface roughness reaches Ra0.4μm, and it features complete inventory and excellent cost performance.
