Description
The special lever mechanism enables a retracted clamping lever to avoid collisions when loading and unloading workpieces. This creates greater freedom in the automated movement of the workpiece, for example by a robot.
As the clamping lever retracts below the clamping point when released, automatic transportation of workpiece carriers across the clamping elements is possible.
Clamping points that are difficult to reach (e.g. pockets) can be reached more easily with the lever clamp with lever retraction.
KOSMEK offers you a wide range of swing and lever clamps for every application. Our clamping systems are available both hydraulically up to 70bar and pneumatically up to 6bar - both with and without the patented "mechanical locking".
