Description

KOSMEK work supports contact a workpiece with slight spring force and locks the plunger tightly with the wedge function. This prevents chattering and distortion of workpiece.

Strong support force prevents chattering and deformation during workpiece machining.

The contact bolt has been optimized with regard to the machining process:

Special wipers ensure excellent chip evacuation.

The "knock-out" function guarantees the mobility of the contact bolt even with heavy contamination or very fine chips.

 

The KOSMEK support element "Hollow Model" is a globally unique model. This model enables strong locking along customized rods and guides.

 

Our KOSMEK range offers a wide range of work supports for every application. Hydraulic up to 350bar, up to 70bar (both double and single acting) but also pneumatic up to 6bar.

KOSMEK work supports are available in many different sizes and supporting forces, starting with the world’s smallest work support with a diameter M10.
