Description

A new generation of pneumatic work holding clamps has been developed by KOSMEK.

High speed, high rigidity, long life and high accuracy with a powerful mechanism and at the same time the smallest range of work holding clamps in the world!

 

Our exclusive dust seal is designed to protect against high pressure coolant. It also has high resistance to chlorine-based coolant by using a sealing material with excellent chemical resistance.

The clamp's locked and unlocked positions can be detected by an auto switch.

 

The high-speed pneumatic clamps are available in three different models:

·      Swing clamps WHC, which are fast and precise with a clamping repeatability of ±0.5 degrees due to a 3-steel-ball mechanism.

·      Compact cylinders with integrated link mechanism WCC where the clamp lever can be released vertically for easy loading and unloading.

·      Lever Retracted link clamps WFC to avoid interference during workpiece loading/unloading, the compact lever operating range enables clamping of difficult clamping points.
