Description
TOOLFLEX is a backlash-free, torsionally stiff and flexible all-metal coupling with a bellow made of stainless steel. Depending on size and type the coupling hubs are available made of aluminium or steel.

The metal bellow compensates optimally for axial, radial and angular displacements with conformal torque transmission and low restoring forces. At the same time TOOLFLEX has a high torsional stiffness and a low mass moment of inertia. It is free from wear and maintenance and extremely easy to assemble.

Applications of our TOOLFLEX metal bellow-type coupling:

The TOOLFLEX metal bellow-type couplings are used wherever accurate positioning is required: In automation technology, medical technology, servo gearboxes, on highly dynamic axes of packaging machines and machine tools, etc.

Various hub types and two bellow lengths are available for different applications and mounting situations of TOOLFLEX: type S with 4 layers and type M with 6 layers.
