Description

With our new automation solution we provide our customers with the opportunity to combine the technologies of machining and collaborative robotics.

Through the interaction of the KUNZMANN milling machine and a collaborative robot (cobot), automation processes and human work are brought together. Humans and cobots share the tasks as well as the working areas.

The very simple integration and operability are particularly striking.


The 2D camera attached to the cobot can be used, for example, to compensate for robot movements by shifting the trolley the cobot is mounted to. In order to achieve this, the camera scans a defined postition and then compensates for it.


This function makes it possible to move the cobot effortlessly between several machines without having to set it up again for each machine.
