Description
LAZZATI is pleased to present the new Horizontal Hydrostatic Boring Milling Machine with Rotating Table called HB 5T EVO 4.0, excellent result of the R&D of the Ram Milling T-Type Line. Continuous and guaranteed performance over time, precision and rigidity combined with high dynamics, complete accessories, make this innovative product a complete system, suitable for all machining operations for chip removal. Thanks to the sophisticated LAZZATI Hydrostatic System T-Type system, the machine is equipped with hydrostatic support on all axes. The cross Travel Table of 40Ton reaches 6.000mm and the Rotary Table plate surface is 2.000 × 3.000mm; the Vertical Head Travel is 3.000mm; the Longitudinal Column Travel is 2.800mm and finally the Longitudinal Ram Travel is equal to 1.600mm.
Rapid up to 20mm / 1 ', acceleration of 1 second at rapid, high work feeds, constant stabilization of structures, sophisticated mechatronic systems active in advanced system management processes and remote assistance are included as standard.
Like all LAZZATI machines of the new generation, the HB 5T EVO 4.0 is also equipped with the new simplified interface system LHI 4.0 - LAZZATI Human Interface 4.0.
Through a large 18.5 "touch screen interfaced with the CNC (standard Heidenhain, optionally Siemens, Fanuc or Fagor) the HB 5T is INDUSTRY 4.0 Ready product!
