The member companies of the major supporting associations of Composites Germany were surveyed: VDMA Working Group Hybrid Lightweight Technologies, AVK and Leichtbau Baden-Württemberg.

After the assessment of the current business situation had been steadily declining for almost two years in a row. The last survey already showed a trend reversal towards a more positive view. In the current survey, the positive trend continues. The assessments for all three regions (Germany, Europe & Worldwide) are consistently positive. Almost 80 % of the respondents assess the current general business situation as positive or even very positive.
