Description

H-IHB-3 Horizontal Balancing Machine is built for large-scale static and dynamic balancing tasks, capable of handling rotors up to 3000 kg with a maximum diameter of 1400 mm. Its robust design is perfect for industries that require precision balancing of large and heavy workpieces.

This machine is equipped with an optional Shaft Drive Unit or standard Belt Drive Unit, and it is powered by a 15 kW motor. The large 3000 mm bed length provides ample space for balancing a wide range of components. The balancing software operates on a licensed Windows system, offering easy-to-use controls and eliminating the need for frequent re-calibration. Tolerance can be calculated per ISO21940-11:2016 standards by entering the workpiece's dimensions and weight.

Our team provides comprehensive training and installation services, ensuring each machine is ready for use with CE certification. Optional drilling units can be added based on workpiece requirements for even more customization.
