Mitsubishi Electric’s Factory Automation - European Business Group has announced the appointment of Reiner Hänel as Marketing Manager for Central Europe.
He brings a wealth of automation experience to the role, and is looking forward to continuing the business strategy in driving Mitsubishi Electric’s strong growth across the important Central European region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Benelux).
Mr. Hänel has an extensive knowledge of automation technologies. He has worked for Mitsubishi Electric since 1987, first as product manager for PLCs and robotics in Germany, later as product manager for robotics across Europe, and most recently as business unit manager for robotics for the Central European hub. His broad knowledge of the European automation market and his experience across the spectrum of technologies within Mitsubishi Electric’s Automation product and solution portfolio gives him the ideal platform to build on for this new task.
Starting his new role on 1st May 2013, Mr Hänel will focus on continuing to strengthen and grow Mitsubishi Electric’s Factory Automation (FA) business together with Mitsubishi’s regional partner companies across Central Europe.
