Description

High performance precision gear shaping machine, suitable for various gears of the industry.


For external and internal shaping of gears up to module 1.25 in steel.

The M673 gear shaping machine combines a cam-controlled gear with an electronic gear. This allows us to produce helical gears without the need to exchange cams.

The tool spindle has an open interface. Various tool clamping systems can be used by means of adapters.

  • Up to 2’000 double strokes/min.
  • Various chucking systems, W20, W25, 3-jaw chucks, as well as customer-specific
  • Max. Module 1.25 mm, depending on material
  • Tooth length up to 30mm
  • Various loading options, robot, universal loader or customized
  • Equipped with latest generation CNC control from Fanuc
  • Compact footprint (2400x3100mm)
