Description

In contrast to vacuum cleaners, our mobile dedusters type NE work with big aerial volumes at limited underpressure. Thus, they can be universally used whenever the spatial extraction has advantages compared to a single machine extraction. The devices fulfil all norms concerning residual dust content, sound emission and extraction performance. Their compact design offers many possibilities of a space-saving installation. Three discharge possibilities cover every desired requirement for a perfect solution: sacking in bins, briquetting press and rotary valve discharge.


Your benefits at a glance:

• Volume flow from 1,780 to 10,000m³/hr even when ventilating multiple machines at the same time

• Pre-filter chamber for low-turbulence dust and chip separation

• Top-down cleaning for extended filter life

• Vacuum system = 100% dust-tight

• Filter hoses of polyester needle felting (residual dust volume clean gas <0,1 mg/m³)
