Within the scope of Turnkey Solutions, the NILES-SIMMONS-HEGENSCHEIDT Group provide state-of-the-art and comprehensive automation of our various machine tools as well as networking with upstream and downstream systems. From the automation of a single machine (production cell) to complex and comprehensive interlinking for complete production lines, we take over the entire project planning, implementation, and support from a single source.

Our manufacturing cells provide fully automated and process-reliable workpiece handling: from the deposit or workpiece storage system to the work area of the individual machine. Depending on the area of application, different automation systems are used: from feed conveyors and pallet changers to loading systems and robots, each with raw and finished part storage. We develop, design, and manufacture customized automation systems for individual machines to meet your specific needs.
