Description
Power-Grip is a modular zero-point clamping system for all common
machining processes.
Workpieces, clamping devices and fixtures can be clamped with a high
precision of 0.002 mm repeatability.
Thanks to its high process reliability, Power-Grip can be automated at any time.
It can be used throughout, whether you are measuring, milling, grinding or
eroding.
With the different stitch sizes of, for example, 160 mm, 200 mm and 240 mm,
you can realize all your technical requirements

Cleaning and maintenance
Unlike zero point clamping systems with clamping spigots, POWER
GRIP has no clamping mechanism located inside.
The external clamping mechanism of POWER GRIP can be cleaned within
the shortest time from the outside freely accessible and without complete disassembly
and without zero point loss.
Thereby there are no contamination problems in the clamping mechanism,
which can lead to inaccuracies, disturbances, wear; and ultimately to
standstill of the machines.
Highest accuracy
POWER GRIP offers a repeatability of +/- 0.002mm and
a system accuracy of less than 0.005mm
across the entire clamping system.
Absolutely backlash- and wear-free centering with
Warm expansion compensation (HSK principle) on all clamping units
through axially resilient centering lips
POWER GRIP guarantees the highest accuracy and stability due to the backlash-free centering on all
clamping units;chste accuracy and stability through axial spring
centring lips, thereby no inaccuracies, wear, play,
vibrations or resonance fields can occur.
Positioning to the clamping system center
POWER GRIP halves the physical errors due to thermal
changes compared to all clamping systems with reference, sword and
feed pins by positioning to the pallet center.
In 5-axis machining, the zero point of the pallets always remains in the
machine table or pallet center.
Large pre-centering
POWER GRIP has large pre-centering over the convex
ball head. This means that no damage to reference surfaces is possible when
stamping the clamping systems, e.g. due to protruding clamping spigots

POWER GRIP always has a pallet lift-off function. Due to the
automatic lifting of the pallets by approx. 2.5mm when the system
is lowered, damage to reference surfaces when changing the pallets

reference surfaces are cleaned with every pallet change, which is important for high
