Application:
Parts cleaning and machine cleaning especially for greasy, oily and complex surfaces. Ideal for cleaning machine tools, retrofitting, small and large components.
The active principle is based on high temperature combined with low pressure: At 95°C, greasy and oily contamination is dissolved quickly and efficiently. The low pressure is sufficient to remove the contamination without damaging parts. Thanks to various nozzles even complex surfaces including deep blind holes and cavities, can be cleaned easily and without leaving any residues.
Units in the SR family have an attached collector with a special recycling and sedimentation system. Smaller parts up to 80 kg - filters, ball bearings, motor parts, gear parts etc. - can be cleaned in this collector. The used cleaning medium can be cleaned and recycled.
When cleaning machine tools, cooling lubricant from the tank of the machine tool is sucked in and heated. The machine tool - cabin, magazine, spindle, electric parts - is sprayed with the hot coolant using a lance.

5m hose with lance pistol and changeable 600mm spray lance, 2m hose with spray pistol and changeable standard nozzle; both hoses attached to chassis via quick change couplings. Start-stop operation with pistols. Stepless pressure adjustment.
Water supply without pre-pressure from 60l tank, 5l container and dosage unit for cleaning agent, overfill control, water shortage disconnect, overheat fuse.
