Product Name1000 ESR Inox Low pressure hot cleaner 95°C 12 bar
Technical Data
Machine characteristics
Machine weight140 kg
Application:
Sometimes it is important during cleaning not to leave any residues, e.g. when surfaces must be absolutely free of lime (circuit boards, precision mechanics, watch industry, visible surfaces made of stainless steel), or in medical and bio-technical applications such as the production of artificial joints. For this purpose, deionised water and acids can be used in our stainless steel units - 1000 ESE, 1000 ESR as well as 1000 ESR Tower.
Stainless steel units are also used when particularly high hygiene standards apply, e.g. in the food industry, or for particularly high purity standards, e.g. in biotechnology (artificial hips) or aerospace. Stainless steel units are also used for degreasing before powder coating or wet painting.
The working principle is based on high temperature combined with low pressure: at 95°C, greasy and oily contamination is dissolved quickly and efficiently. The low pressure is sufficient to remove the contamination without damaging parts. Acids can be used to clean off particularly stubborn dirt, and deionised water is used to prevent residues on surfaces.
The 1000 ESR has an attached collector with a special recycling and sedimentation system. Smaller parts weighing up to 80 kg - artificial joints, circuit boards, parts for precision mechanics, for example in the watch industry, etc. - can be cleaned in this collector. The used cleaning medium can be cleaned and recycled.
Advantages:
- Perfectly clean surfaces without deposits, e.g. of limescale.
- Ideal for small series or individual pieces
- For particularly high hygiene requirements, e.g. in the food sector
- For particularly high cleanliness requirements, e.g. biotechnology and aerospace
- Mobile, i.e. can be transported from place to place without any problems
- Self-sufficient: Thanks to the 60-litre tank, it is independent of a permanent supply of cleaning medium.
Technical Data:
All parts in contact with medium are acid- and demineralised water resistant. Media used must be compatible with stainless steel V2A (1.4301).
Mobile. With dirt water collector for parts cleaning in fibre glass with robust dripping grid (90 x 60 cm) in stainless steel. Water recycling via special sedimentation system and filtration with active filter monitoring.
5m hose with lance pistol and changeable 600mm spray lance, and 2m hose with spray pistol and changeable standard nozzle; both hoses fixed to chassis (no quick change couplings). Start-stop operation with pistol. Stepless pressure adjustment.
Water supply without pre-pressure from 60l tank, overfill control, water shortage disconnect, overheat fuse.
Capacity ca. 12 bar and 2.4l/min. 9.9 KW, 16 Amp.
