Parts cleaning and machine cleaning, especially for greasy, oily and complex surfaces. Ideal for cleaning machine tools incl. cabin, magazine, spindle etc., also for retrofitting, small and large components. Cleaning of large parts in combination with 1000 SRS collector.
The working principle is based on high temperature combined with low pressure: at 95°C, greasy and oily contamination is dissolved quickly and efficiently. The low pressure is sufficient to remove the contamination without damaging parts. Thanks to various nozzles, even complex surfaces, including deep blind holes and cavities, can be cleaned easily and without leaving any residues.
The 1000 SRK-AS-EA can be connected to the external water supply via a commercially available hose quick coupling as well as suck in cleaning medium from an external container with the help of a suction hose.

Mobile. Compact design without tank. For suction of liquids from separate container (AS) or directly from external water supply (EA) using pre-pressure from water pipe. Switching between suction and external water supply with 3-way valve.
5m hose with lance pistol with hand screw coupling for exchangeable lances and 600mm spray lance; hose attached to chassis via quick change coupling. Start-stop operation with pistol. Stepless pressure adjustment.
Filtration with active filter monitoring, separate ventilation cycle with de-aering pump.
