Application:
The Thermo-EK is used for the thermal disinfection of cooling lubricants. The coolant from the machine tool tank is sucked in, thermally sterilized and returned to the machine tool. This can extend the service life of the coolant and reduce the cost of the coolant and its removal. The less frequent replacement of coolant and the disinfection in the bypass also reduces the downtime of the molds. Above all, biocides can be dispensed with, thus increasing work safety and reducing sickness.
The equipment is mobile and can therefore be transferred from tool to tool.
