The SRE-EK is used for thermal desinfection especially of cooling lubricants. The lubricant from the tank of the machine tool is sucked in, thermally sterilized and returned to the machine tool. This can extend the life of the coolant and reduce the cost of the coolant and its disposal. The less frequent replacement of coolant or the disinfection in the bypass also means that the machine tools are at a standstill less often. Above all, biocides can be dispensed with, thus increasing occupational safety and reducing sick leave.
The device is mobile and can therefore be transported from machine tool to machine tool.

The operating principle is based on the high temperature combined with low pressure: At 95°C, greasy and oily soils dissolve quickly and efficiently. The low pressure is sufficient to remove the soiling without damaging parts. Thanks to various nozzles, even complex surfaces up to deep sack holes and cavities can be cleaned without any problems and without any rests .

5m hose with lance gun and changeable 600mm spray lance, hose connected to the device via a quick-change coupling. Start/stop operation üvia the gun. Stepless pressure adjustment.
