The PP-S is Pin Power’s most compact and cost-effective vacuum brazing machine, purpose-built for diamond tool manufacturers seeking to transition from manual or induction brazing to a cleaner, more repeatable process. It is ideal for brazing PCD, PCBN, CVD, MCD, and natural diamond onto carbide or steel tool bodies.


Equipped with a 150 mm quartz chamber and high-temperature capabilities up to 950°C, the PP-S delivers consistent brazing results in a space-efficient design. Its 10” HMI interface ensures intuitive operation, while the system’s automation minimizes the need for operator experience - making it ideal for R&D teams, startups, and pilot lines.
