POSflex E 600 S – turning/milling center for true 6-sided complete machining

The POSflex E 600 S combines a fully-fledged turning function with true 5-axis milling capacity in one machine. The B-axis with 240° swivel range brings the 12,000 rpm milling spindle (18.5 kW, HSK-T63) into any position. A machine mass of 18,000 kg ensures the necessary stability for changing cutting forces.

The standard counter spindle automatically picks up the workpiece for backworking. Complex workpieces that previously had to pass through several machines can now be produced in a single clamping operation without reclamping errors. The tool magazine with 80 pockets (expandable to 120) and the Y-axis (±130 mm) come as standard.
