POSflex E 600 SR – turning and milling center with milling spindle and lower turret for maximum productivity

The POSflex E 600 SR extends the capabilities of the S variant by adding a lower turret T12 (BMT55) with driven tools (5,000 rpm). This enables simultaneous machining: While the milling spindle is working on the main spindle, the turret machines the workpiece on the counter spindle - or vice versa. Balanced turning reduces cutting forces on long, slim workpieces.

19,000 kg machine mass, B-axis with 240° swivel range, milling spindle with 12,000 rpm (18.5 kW, HSK-T63), counter spindle and tool magazine with 80 pockets (expandable to 120) – all standard. Maximum turning diameter on the lower turret: 400 mm.
