Machine concept

Although mineral cast has thermal advantages, it creates tension between the different materials, as steel linear guides have to be screwed onto the mineral cast. Our aim is to be technically optimally positioned and at the same time deliver the highest quality. In addition, our machine has a German quality turret with 12 driven tools and integrated collision protection, which ensures maximum flexibility and maximum safety for complex jobs.

Interior space
The inclined bed and the targeted arrangement of the guard plates ensure that the chips are discharged evenly and in a concentrated manner into the conveyor. The operator is always in an optimum ergonomic position to monitor the process. In addition, an integrated rinsing system ensures easy cleaning. Proper illumination reduces shadowing and thus increases process reliability.

Equipment
Our machine is fully equipped and offers everything you need for processing, from a large IKZ system to an electronic handwheel. Even small things like the water gun, air on the table or air through the spindle are included. This means our customers don't have to worry about forgetting something that will have to be retrofitted later at great expense.

Automation
Our machine has been prepared for automation from the very beginning and is flexible for all types of automation.
