CAQ360 is a standard solution developed by Quality Miners GmbH specifically for the metalworking industry. The software enables companies to efficiently digitize their quality management processes while complying with standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and EN 9100. Main functions of CAQ360:


  • Production control plan: Definition and documentation of necessary processes and controls to meet standards.
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC): Assurance and documentation of process quality through continuous monitoring.
  • Incoming and outgoing goods inspection: Quality control of delivered and shipped products to meet customer requirements.
  • Complaint management: Recording, analysis and resolution of customer complaints for continuous improvement.
  • Test equipment management: Documentation and management of test equipment, including calibration certificates.
  • Action management: Management of corrective and preventive actions for process optimization.

A key feature of CAQ360 is its rapid implementation without extensive projects, which means that companies can be up and running within a few hours.
