The recirculating unit type SR has rollers arranged crosswise and is suitable for medium to high loads. With SCHNEEBERGER type R and RD linear guideways, space-saving designs can be achieved that can be loaded in all directions. The type NRT roller bearing, and guideway assembly recirculating unit can also be used for medium to heavy loads. The NRV preload wedge with its concave and convex supporting surfaces of the type NRV can even compensate for minor angular errors and deformations in the connecting structure.

Recirculating unit type SR
Type SR recirculating unit has rollers that are arranged crosswise and is suitable for medium to high loads. With SCHNEEBERGER Type R or RD linear guideways, it requires the same installed dimensions as Type SK, but provides greater load carrying capacity and rigidity.

Recirculating unit type NRT and perload wedge type NRV
Two independent tracks, low roller play, and the optimal ratio of roller length to diameter ensure minimal lateral forces with Type NRT roller recirculating unit. They are designed for medium to heavy loads. A greater number of rollers and optimized roller feed results in low travel pulsation. Type NRT scores with its low coefficient of rolling friction, high load carrying capacity - 4300 N to 181000 N, and high rigidity provide by triple support on the back and protected roller return.

Type NRT is made of fully hardened tool steel and is also available in pairs, arranged within 5 µm. Lubrication is provided by nipples on the facing sides and openings at the back. An optional connection for centralized lubrication is also available. There is a double-lipped, replaceable dirt wiper on all facing sides. NRV preload wedge complements the drive element. The sophisticated design with concave/convex surfaces compensates for minor angular errors and deformations in the connecting structure.
