MAGNOS MGT-IC
MAGNOS MGT-IC magnetic chucks have a laterally separable fast connection for the MAG/DEMAG process. Pole extensions can be fastened in the T-slots and bore holes of the magnetic chucks. Due to the use of pole extensions these chucks allow almost deformation-free clamping.

MAGNOS MTR-IC magnetic chucks have a laterally separable fast connection for the MAG/DEMAG process. T-slots and bore holes can be machined into the pole plate to accommodate pole extensions. Due to the use of pole extensions these chucks allow almost deformation-free clamping.

In case of the ROTA NCM hybrid chuck from SCHUNK, the user benefits from the synergy of a centering chuck and magnetic clamping technology. The result: ROTA NCM reduces set-up times for pneumatically actuated grinding and turning machines by up to 80%, thereby providing a clearly perceptible productivity boost. Due to the large surface clamping, the workpieces maintain their shape.
