Description
The SCHUNK claw jaw product range stands for maximum flexibility from the standard modular system - at a reasonable price and with variable applications. Whereas other suppliers can only achieve large clamping ranges by using costly special solutions or with several chuck jaws, SCHUNK offers a maximum clamping range with just one claw jaw.
Field of application
For all common manufacturers and types of lathe chucks
Advantages – Your benefits
Optimized clamping contour
for maximum clamping force of the whole clamping range
Transmission of high RPMs
for economic cutting at high cutting speeds
High speeds at a low centrifugal force
resulting in higher clamping forces due to a low weight
Highly versatile clamping ranges
leads to significantly lower investment costs
Form-fit clamping of the workpiece
at a high machining performance and optimum clamping force
Additional third row of teeth (from chuck diameter 200 mm)
allows for higher cutting data (feed rate, rate of cut, etc.) during "on-the-fly machining"
Highest flexibility through standardization
Combination options for base, intermediate and top jaws expand the field of application of the standard component range by up to 50%.
Extensive product range
for I.D., O.D. and bar clamping
Case-hardened
less wear at the teeth
Description
SCHUNK stepped block jaws allow for an initial set-up with reduced clamp marks. The diamond serration provides a gentle clamping solution for your raw materials.
