SHIBALLOY RADIUS FORM and BEVELLING CUTTERS

Shiballoy has introduced a range of Radius Form Milling and Bevelling cutters made from premium grades of Tungsten Carbide for milling a radius - R2 to R8, and for bevel / chamfer of 30 and 45 degrees.

These multi flute cutters will mill a smooth, chatterfree radius or bevel edge, making it suitable for chamfering, countersinking, bevelling applications in steels and stainless steel materials. The resultant form has good dimensional accuracy. Compared to other tools used for such applications, these cutters feature longer tool life, cooler cutting, smoother part finish, and dimensional accuracy in the process because of a AlTiSiN coating. This coating has proven benefits for machining hardened steels, stainless steels and high temperature alloys.

Shiballoy is a 40+ year old manufacturer of carbide and HSS tools and is best known for Carbide Burs. Shiballoy Burrs are used by all major industrial companies in India. Shiballoy has been exporting to Europe, USA and Australia for over 25 years.
