ALUMA NF CUT CARBIDE BURRS 

Softer materials like Aluminum require a specific cut for fast and efficient deburring.  

Manufactured from premium grade tungsten carbide on precision CNC Tool Grinding Machines, Shiballoy Aluma / NF Cut features a precision ground polished flute with a relief on the cutting edge.  

These tools shear the workpiece material and remove large chips, which easily flow off the cutting edge, without clogging the flutes.  The work piece has a fine finish without chatter marks.  Double cut burrs provide better control to the operator, reduce vibration while cutting and remove large amounts of material efficiently.  

We routinely test cutting / deburring performance of our tools on your material for design improvement. Shiballoy carbide burrs are 100% braze tested to ensure safe and trouble free operation.
