\r\n Hi,
\r\n
\r\nI have a Gemini GV-U12E that I am trying to set up with Chinese BLDC. Its a 2.2kw (3hp) motor 4 pole with 3 hall sensors (no separate encoder) basically like the one that is sold here;
\r\n
\r\nCNC4PC
\r\n
\r\nI have it running open loop in DMODE13 at 1 rps, but when I try to run it in step/dir (DMODE6) from Mach3 it doesn’t turn and eventually I get a position error.
\r\n
\r\nI have checked the Hall wiring and THALL reports the correct order. I am guessing that I have the configuration parameters for the Hall sensors screwed up.
\r\n
\r\nHas anyone successfully set up one of the motors with this drive?
\r\n
\r\nThanks

    I have checked the Hall wiring and THALL reports the correct order. I am guessing that I have the configuration parameters for the Hall sensors screwed up.

    Has anyone successfully set up one of the motors with this drive?

    Thanks
