\nWe are getting this EX451 alarm in our recently acquired MV40 MORI SEIKI mill. Spindle will not complete the orientation command and will give us the alarm. Spindle will also fail to obey seed command from MDI mode. It will turn for a few seconds (same as it does with M19) and will coast to stop generating the EX451 alarm. We suspect the magnetic pickup little pcb that is mounted right next to the spindle rotor. We do not have a ways to test this pickup sensor, so we are trying to get a spare but we have no ways to contact a MS supplier since we are in south America. Any information or contact number will be very well appreciated.
