Hello! Due to an operator error, the system files of the machine were lost. We have archive files, but the PCP file has not been archived. I have the serial numbers of the machine.Give advice on what to do

The best way:
Contact with manufacturer. They have backups.
Or find someone who have this machines too.
Third method - read manuał and write PCP by yourself. :)
