ALUMESS.maxx fixturing system for CMMs
The ALUMESS.maxx clamping system is mainly designed for use on tactile coordinate measuring machines.
Other areas of application include sample and prototype construction, laser marking, laser machining and use as an assembly device.
Positioning holes and fastening threads in the pallets, plates, strips and angles, as well as an extensive range of support, positioning and stop elements, enable positionally accurate, reproducible and stable assembly of every clamping device.
Due to the maximum reproducibility of the clamping fixtures, only part-specific elements need to be stored for later reuse.

The ALUMESS.easyloc clamping system consists of modularly combinable and easy-to-install magnetically interlocking interchangeable pallets.
The fixture solutions are quickly interchangeable, so the measuring sequence can be accelerated and the production quantity per shift can be increased.

The fixturing system ALUMESS.junior offers a simple, inexpensive entry to the modular fixturing for series measurement on tactile coordinate measuring machines.

The fixturing system ALUMESS.basic with quick-change mechanism for tactile measurements at the measuring station or on coordinate measuring machines.
The easy mounting of the elements to each other by chucking spigots and adapter bolts enables the rebuilding of the clamping device on the base plate by using an Allen key within seconds.

With the mechanical zero-point-system ZPS clamping devices like centre-clamping vises, self-centering vises, machine vises can be rapidly changed on the base unit.
The zero-point-clamping-system enables an increase in machine run-time and manufacturing quality.
The change of the clamping devices is done only by a central clamping screw.
Due to the flat design and the fixturing holes of the zero-point-system an universal mounting on the machine table or on fixturing devices is possible.
