Description
The Permanent magnetic clamping plate type SPNS is a special type of the high precision magnetic chuck SPNM. ON-OFF switching from above. The hight is reduced to a minimum of 35 mm. The chuck is used where a thin and light design is important or if there is not enough room to switch from the side. The low magnetic field with high induction lines prevents the magnetization of the machining tools. The clamping plate is operated by a removable Allen key. Finish: - Neodym-magnetic system - Steel body - Pole pitch 1.4 + 0.5 mm - Nominal holding force 100 N/cm² - Magnetic field height 5 mm - Pole plate wearing limit 6 mm
