STS Maschinendienstleistung GmbH is a constantly growing, future-oriented and modern company offering a wide range of services for CNC machines. We offer fast and solution-oriented service to customers worldwide in electrical and mechanical retrofitting, maintenance and repairs as well as expertise in PLC- and CNC programming.
We are specialized on HELLER machining centres. In addition we offer solutions for CNC machines and automation lines of various other manufacturers as well. Our prices and conditions are fair.
Our key values are technical know-how and customer orientation. On this basis we provide quick help for the machining problems you may encounter and for your projects currently in planning.

THE STORY OF OUR SUCCESS
With more than 300 customers in 20 countries STS Maschinendienstleistung GmbH is one of the leading companies offering solutions for used machines and retrofit for HELLER CNC machining centers. On top STS offers mechanical and control modifications for CNC machines and automation lines of various other manufacturers, customizable automation solutions and qualified service at fair prices and conditions.
STS Maschinendienstleistung GmbH was founded in Nürtingen in 2011 and moved to Metzingen in 2013 - at first to Gutenbergstraße and in 2016 to Friedrich-Münzinger-Str. 5. We started off with 3 employees – meanwhile over 30 motivated employees contribute to our story of growth and success.
Additional goals for the future
2019 – With our new building we are almost doubling our capacity from approx. 1600 square meters to over 3000 square meters. Our new facilities with a budget of about 2 Million Euros include a new reception area, training facilities, conference room and a showroom for used machines as well as an assembly facility for retrofitting and storing machines.

Quality management successfully certified according to ISO 9001:2015!
High quality is important to us as a company. Therefore we are proud to announce that we have taken another important step in our company history by introducing a quality management system.
Since 05/13/2018 we are officially certified according to ISO 9001:2015, a quality management system which meets national and international standards.
We want to keep improving our service quality continuously in future. It is our goal to be a reliable partner for customers and suppliers on a long-term basis.

As a service oriented company our focus is on the customer in every process.
Therefor customer satisfaction ist the top priority in our quality policy. The principle guiding our corporate culture it to provide top quality to our customers as well as meeting delivery dates and offering fair prices. Our staff is highly motivated to meet our customers specific requirements. In order to achieve these goals our staff is trained on a regular basis. Our service guarantees short downtimes.
The quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 is our basis for continuous development and improvement.
