320vdc on vf6 goes directly to the regen.

good morning everyone, on this occasion I have a problem with my 1998 model vf6, with a 20/15 hp vector drive, when I turn on the machine as soon as the vectordrive locks the contactor, the entire 320dc goes directly to the regen, the first time that happens I replaced The igbt that controls the regen and the machine worked perfectly for a day, after being turned off all weekend, today when turned on the same failure occurred.

    thank you so much

    Hi,
sounds like the drive to the IGBT is faulty. Its not at all uncommon for a large high current switch (IGBT/MOSFET) when it fails to damage the circuits immediately associated with it.
It s common, by no means universal, but common for the braking IGBT and its control circuit be own its own separate little board. You don't replace the IGBT but rather the little
board and thereby change the drive to the IGBT as well.

    Craig
