The TH-120.15 is a high-frequency spindle featuring a FANUC BiI 56L/40000 built-in motor, with a 120 mm housing and a maximum speed of 40,000 rpm. It delivers 7.5 kW continuous power (S1) and up to 9 kW (S3-25%), with torque up to 7.16 Nm.
It integrates an HSK-E40 or HSK-F50 tool interface, oil-air lubrication, and water or oil cooling, supported by a cooling capacity of 3,000 kcal/hr (at 25 °C).
With a front bearing diameter of 40 mm, it achieves static rigidity of 90 N/µm (axial) and 120 N/µm (radial).
Standard features include a rotary encoder for closed-loop control, proximity or analog tool position sensors, and a front bearing temperature sensor.
