Vertical Multi-face Grinder (Centerless Type)

Vertical grinders featuring a unique machine structure and expandable with several options, suitable for both consistent high-precision and multi-face machining.

Workpiece support with two-shoe magnet, ideal for grinding of bearings and other components that require concentricity between the O.D. and I.D.


Multi-face grinding in single chucking

With the optional shoe offset switching device, multi-face grinding of I.D., O.D., and end face in single chucking is possible even with centerless type. Shoe offset adjustment workload can be reduced with this option.

By switching the grinding wheel with an automatic tool changer (ATC) ,it is possible to continuously grind up to 8 surfaces in single chucking. The turret (swivel) device has a stepless continuous indexing function that enables highly efficient verious multi-face grinding. (Minimum angle control resolution : 0.0001Ā°ļ¼‰
