The Front-Loading Parts Washer operates on the principle of Aqueous based clean technology, where components are loaded into the component basket using either a Jib crane or an EOT crane. Subsequently, the component, along with the basket, is automatically moved into the Wash chamber, initiating an entirely automated cleaning process.

This Machine follows the Rotary Turntable Mechanism, conducting a sequential cleaning process in a single chamber. The process includes Alkaline spray washing, DM Hot Water Rinsing, and Hot Air Blowing, guaranteeing a comprehensive and efficient cleaning outcome.

The Front-Loading Parts Washer offers various basket sizes, ranging from 720 mm to 2000 mm in diameter, and can handle a load carrying capacity of 500 Kgs to an impressive 2500 Kgs.
