Spotlight Talk Brückner: A possible path to achieving CO2-neutrality in textile finishing

Climate change and the measures agreed by the EU green deal will bring about radical changes in the upcoming years. In our Spotlight Talk, we will present a suitable path for the textile finishing industry to become CO2 neutral in a step by step approach. Besides existing measures to reduce energy consumption, our main focus will be the transition to green energy sources. In this respect we will focus on electrical heating systems, hydrogen and biomass as future energy carriers.
